Finances manage contributors and contributions that supports:

        • Track contributions by unlimited number of funds
  • Easy contribution entry by members or other contributors
  • Annual Contributions Report for each contributor
  • Chart showing contributions by month for selected year
  • Supports emailing contribution report directly to contributors
  • Annual member contribution letters


Enter Finances My Preferences:

Before you enter any finance information, it can save time by entering default values so each time you add a contributor it automatically starts with the default values for City, State, and Zip Code.  Select My Preferences from the Finance ribbon menu and enter the default values as shown below in Figure 3.1.  Click to Save to save the entered preferences.
