Updating Member Information:

Double-click on a member in the list to select a member. It will display the Member Information form as shown below in Figure 2.21.

Updating Member Information:

You can change any of the displayed information and click Save or press F10 to save your changes or you can click Cancel or press the Escape key to cancel the changes. To delete a member from the family click Delete or press F12 and then select Yes to the Are you sure you want to Delete this member? prompt. 


Updating Member Contact Information:

Click Contact Information from the menu on the left to view or update the member contact information as shown below in Figure 2.22.  Enter any changes and click Save to save your changes or Cancel to cancel your changes. Additionally you can click Send Email to display a popup form to send an email to the member's primary email address.

Updating Member Profile:

Click Member Profile from the menu on the left to update the member's profile as shown below in Figure 2.23.

Updating Member Photo:

Click Member Photo from the menu on the left to assign a photo to the member as shown below in Figure 2.24

Updating Member Notes:

Click Member Notes from the menu on the left to view or enter notes using the form shown below in Figure 2.25. These are only your notes no other user will be able to view these notes. Click Add New Note to add a note. Once notes have been entered will be displayed in the list on the left starting with the most recent note. Select a note from the lists to view or update the note.
