It will display a default template. Change the church name and address and any changes to the letter.  Now click View Merged Data and use the arrows on the right to view a letter for each member with contributions in the selected year. Then you can click Save Letter Changes to save a new letter template specifically for your church. 


You can now create a Word Document containing the letters for all the members by clicking the far right icon that displays a popup form. Change the Merge Mode to New Section as shown below in Figure 4.29 and then click OK.

It will create a file and show the following as shown in Figure 4.30. Click Open file to view the letters.
